Check-in was friendly, staff was highly efficient. Particularly nice view of ocean. Everything was nice as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was too small. Walking distance to the perfect beach.

Unique rooms, very attentive staff, picturesque location - loved it! Decent food including QUICK breakfast with meats, pastries, hardboiled eggs, cheese and cakes. Snack bar and well-maintained pool.

worth its 3 stars. comfortable beds, good sized rooms and convenient location. the lovely atmosphere when you walk in. as picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to gli orti di via elisa couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.
